THEY OFFER A FULL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 15 DAYS. I CANCELLED AFTER FIVE DAYS AND HAVE NO EVEN RECEIVED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR THE REFUND. I HAVE CALLED, CHATED AND WAITED FOR A RESPONSE FOR WEEKS NOW, NO ONE GETS BACK IN TOUCH AND NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM ORGANIZATION, TO PRETEND TO BE OPERATING AT A HIGH MORAL AND ETHICAL LEVEL, LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED

Learned a lesson through others

I was one of the Youtubers that bumped into one of Mind Valley's advertisements while on a video. I became genuinely interested, but had 30 minutes to decide before the "deal" would disappear. That gave me enough time to see that there is a very small chance of cancelling or getting a refund if you find you wish to do so. Mind Valley seems like a great place to grow and expand, but when you have zero customer service and all negative reviews stating the same about refunds being non-existent, then something needs to be done. I will be back when that is solved.

Be careful …they are always trying to sell you more

I’ve been a member for nearly 4 weeks now ( too late to get a refund ) .only just got the the time now to delve more deeply in to the courses .. It’s been a little disappointing because you pay all that money £499 for the year and all they are constantly trying to sell you new courses… costing more .. I am going through about three programmes at the moment ( having looked casually at around 10 courses ) and it’s all seems a little too superficial very slick and sales orientated to be honest … The presenters and teachers I’ve seen have been ok , but having been around the personal growth scene for around 20 years they are certainly not world class or the very best .. in one meditation course I was doing, one of the female instructors cues was something like ; ‘let thoughts come to you like a hot guy approaches you in a bar ‘ as a heterosexual guy it didn’t help me in my calmness … I’m sure there are some good things and good teachers I haven’t experienced yet and I’m sure some good takeaways . Mindvalley have a YouTube platform and I feel you could more than likely get a lot of information just from what they put on there without spending all that money
Of course I will try other programs as I’ve got 11 months left …if I could get a refund now … yes definitely …

So dissapointed

So dissapointed, I had problems with them before, they just charge in advanced for the next year. They returned the money but today i purchased another course and of course did not work. When asking support, i got answer from a robot to send the mail to reply all - they have great seminars but what is this good if you can not acces them.

Link they provide does not work.

I was curious to see what their return policy was before I ordered. In a customer service reply, they stated to review their cancellation policy here: www mindvalley com/refund.
That link does not work.
I would advise against using this company when you are not allowed information. Stay away until they are able to fix their issues. That is sad, I really wanted to join.

Very disappointed so far 😡

Very disappointed so far .
Have paid membership but when i try and open any class I'm asked to pay again !
Tried for two days now to speak with someone without joy ! Just given automated question answers .
Even trying to retrieve classes through website is not possible, constantly freezing ect.
For the price the website and customer service is shocking.
Im going to try and cancel and already know with my experience so far this will be near impossible!!! 😡

Should have read the reviews first...

Upon deciding this was "in my opinion" too expensive for what you get, especially with the on-going charges, I decided to cancel. Well, that was easier said than done. I was within the 15 day cancelation window but tried for days to contact their customer service. After repeated (at least 20 times) I would hold for extended periods then a recording would announce to call back later, then it would disconnect. I tried to cancel via the Refund section on their website but it would not work. It did not recognize me having an account even though my credit card had already been charged. I guess I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I can't do it with the company directly. It doesn't matter how good the product is if you can't take care of the customers.

I paid for the course on the 28 Aug

I paid for the course on the 28 Aug. On looking through on what was offered I decided not to go ahead with it. I asked for a refund, but this was refused. I am not interested in sampling their course, all I want is a refund.
